The role
Wills Wing is expanding our global footprint. We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive who combines strong communication with disciplined pipeline management. You’ll work across inbound and outbound channels, develop dealer relationships, and collaborate with marketing and production to convert demand into happy dealers and delighted pilots.

Reporting to: CEO, Wills Wing
Location: Valle de Bravo, Mexico
What you’ll do
- Own your sales pipeline from first enquiry to close, with clear next steps and forecast
- Prospect into new markets and expand our dealer network with targeted outreach and tailored offerings
- Run crisp calls and meetings, describe our products, and build a comprehensive order
- Build strong dealer relationships and assist them build their own business with sales strategy and slick fulfilment
- Collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns, lead management, and feedback loops to improve conversion
- Partner with production and logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment, documentation, and after‑sales follow‑up
- Report weekly on KPIs: leads, meetings, qualified pipeline, win rate, average sales cycle, and ARR/GM impact
What you’ll bring
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to create leads and convert them to closed deals
- Good English skills; Spanish very helpful but not necessary
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Interest in adventure sports (ideally hang gliding, but an adventurous spirit is just fine!)
- Experience with intermediated distribution channels (we only sell via dealers)
